The Hughey/Dunlap families June 20, 2011

My boyfriend's sisters have cousin pictures taken of the kids every couple of years. This year my son Michael was the 8th cousin to join the family so they wanted pictures and they wanted me to take them. Everyone was very pleased with the result..even though mine cried throughout the whole session :)

Meet my third niece Danyka Elizabeth! She was born in May and I'm so happy for my sister and my family. She is a perfect addition to their family. I went to the hospital the day after she was born to take pictures of her and I also took a few more two weeks later at my sisters home. She is so cute and content. She always wants to be in her mommy's arms..It's adorable. These are the pictures from the hospital.. I had the pleasure of taking Will's pictures! My friend Ellen that I used to work at Kiddie Kandids with is a full time nanny to Will. She asked me if I could take pictures of Will as a gift for his mom. She wanted to give her the pictures for her birthday. She told me before the photo shoot that everytime they had taken Will to a portrait studio they were not pleased with the result. They could never get a picture of him smiling or looking at the camera. My main goal going into this session was to give his mother a beautiful picture of her amazing little boy smiling. I loved taking pictures of Will. He was so full of life and such an amazing child. I got some pictures of him smiling and it made my week. It made his mom happy too and I'm so glad that I could capture him smiling for her!
